Use of the software
airis OS is provided free of charge during early access, as described on our pricing page. Your use of the desktop application and this website is subject to these terms; we'll clearly announce any change to availability or pricing before it takes effect.
No warranty
airis OS is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the software at your own risk.
Bring your own key (BYOK)
airis OS connects to third-party AI providers and agent CLIs using credentials you supply. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and pricing, not ours. We are not responsible for the availability, output, cost, or conduct of third-party AI services you choose to connect.
No accounts, no service-level commitment
There is no airis OS user account and no service uptime commitment for the desktop application itself, which runs locally on your machine. The update channel and this website are provided on a best-effort basis.

Content on airisos.com — including product descriptions, roadmap statements, and blog posts — reflects the state of the project at the time of publishing and may change without notice. Where we say something is "in development" or "coming soon," it is not yet available.
